How to make:

1. Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.

2. Prepare a lemon zest twist for garnish.

3. STIR all ingredients in stirring tin with ice until sufficiently chilled.

4. STRAIN into chilled glass.

5. Express lemon zest twist over cocktail and use as garnish.

1 2/3 fl oz Hayman's Old Tom Gin
5/12 fl oz Edmond Briottet Creme d'Abricot Liqueur
5/12 fl oz Carpano Classico vermouth
5/12 fl oz Dolin Dry vermouth
2 dash Angostura Aromatic Bitters
