Coupe glass

Garnish:

5 drops of Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitter

How to make:

Add in all the ingredients into a boston tin, dry shake (or use blender) to create a nice, firm foam.
Then add 5 ice cube inside the boston tin, shake until tin turns chill and diluted.
Double strain out the drink into a coupe glass, garnish with 5 drops Fee Brothers Turkish Tobacco Bitter and create a lavender shape on the foam.

1 1/3 fl oz Hayman's London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Hayman's Sloe Gin
1/4 fl oz Cocchi Americano Bianco
1 barspoon La Maison Fontaine Blanche Absinthe
1/4 fl oz Fig liqueur (crème de figue)
5 dash Bob's Lavender Bitters
1/4 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/6 fl oz Sugar syrup 'rich' (2 sugar to 1 water, 65.0°Brix)
5 drop Wonderfoam cocktail foamer
