
Garnish with a fresh mint sprig.
1. Select and pre-chill a Collins glass.
2. Prepare a fresh mint sprig for garnish.
3. Add all spirits and two gently slapped mint leaves into a shaker. Shake with ice until well chilled.
4. Fine strain into the prepared glass with an ice spear.
5. Top up with 75ml of chilled soda water and give it a brief stir to integrate.
