
Half a dehydrated Grapefruit attached to the glass with a mini peg
- Grab a mixing glass and a muddler
- Pour the Agave syrup and put the sliced jalapeños into the mixing glass and muddle
- Then add the Hayman's Sloe gin, Rosé wine, Lime cordial and a pinch of salt
- Rinse the Nick and Nora glass with the Grapefruit bitters
- Add cubed ice to the mixing glass, grab a bar spoon and Stir for 30 seconds
- Use a strainer and fine strainer to pour the drink into the nick and Nora glass
- Add the garnish of the dehydrated grapefruit.

1/2 fl oz | Lime cordial (sweetened lime juice) |
1/4 fl oz | Agave syrup |
3 slice | Jalapeno slice |
