Light rosemary and cinnamon stick. Star anise. Serve the cocktail with cabbage. How to make: 1 small head of red cabbage (about 1 kg), 20 ml olive oil, 3 dried plums, 1 onion, 200 g cherries, 1/2 barspoon ground cardamom, a couple of thyme leaves, 3 star anise, 1 tbsp dried cinnamon, 1 barspoon ground cloves, 1 sprig rosemary, 100 ml apple cider vinegar, 2 oranges, salt, pepper, 100 ml Cherry Herring. Chop the cabbage and onion. Pour olive oil into a deep frying pan and heat all the spices for a couple of minutes. Fry the onion until golden. Add the cabbage and stir well. After 3 minutes, pour vinegar. Add the cherries. Cut the oranges into quarters, squeeze the juice into the cabbage, and add them to the pan. Add the Cherry Herring. Stir well, add salt and pepper. Cook uncovered for 45 minutes. Remove the rosemary, oranges and star anise. Serve warm, but cold also nice
Pour all ingredients into mixing glass with ice cubes and stir well. Squeeze the orange juice using a juicer for hard fruits. Add 8 grams of citric acid to every 100 ml of juice.
