How to make:

Ingredients for 2 servings

3.5 ounces 70% Dark Chocolate
1 oz cinnamon simple syrup
.25 oz vanilla
1.5 oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3 oz bourbon Woodford Reserve
2 1/2 tablespoons cocoa unsweetened
1 cup + 1 tablespoon whole milk
1 teaspoon corn starch
Garnish: cherry and grated white chocolate


Instructions

In a small bowl whisk until smooth, 1/4 cup milk, cinnamon simple syrup and cornstarch set aside.
In a small/medium pot heat 3/4 cups + 1 tablespoon milk until boiling reduce heat to low, start whisking and add the milk/cornstarch mixture then add the cocoa mixture while continually whisking until smooth add the chopped chocolate and whisk for approximately 3 minutes. Take off the heat and add the bourbon, vanilla and cherry liqueur. Pour into two mugs and garnish.

3/4 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
8 1/3 fl oz Milk (whole milk/full 3-4% fat)
1 1/2 fl oz Woodford Reserve bourbon
1/2 fl oz vanilla
