Dark chocolate rim and a cherry chocolate liqueur.
Prep your glass by rimming with melted dark chocolate and placing in the freezer to set.
Put all the ingredients except the soda into a mixing glass with ice and stir to chill.
Strain into your prepared coupe glass and top with soda.
Skewer your cherry chocolate liqueur with a cocktail stick and place on the rim of the glass.

| 1 2/3 fl oz | Soda (club soda) water |
