Luxardo cherry spear, a spruce sprig

How to make:

1 oz 100 proof rye (I used Jack Daniel's bonded rye)
3/4 oz VSOP cognac
1/2 oz cherry herring liquor
2 dash Peychauds
1 dash orange bitters
Absinthe rinsed glass - pour absinthe and water over ice and set aside

1/2 fl oz Heering Cherry Liqueur
3/4 fl oz Hennessy VS Cognac
1 fl oz Old Grand-Dad Bonded 100 Proof
1 dash Orange Bitters by Angostura
2 fl oz Peychaud's Aromatic Bitters
1/2 fl oz La Fée Parisienne absinthe
2 fl oz Chilled water
