
Garnish with orange oils, a fine orange twist and a cherry on a pick.
Stir all ingredients in a carafe on ice until properly diluted, roughly 30 turns or so as this is going on a cube.
Place a clear king cube in a fancy rocks glass and fine strain the cocktail inside. Garnish and serve.
3/4 fl oz | Heering Cherry Liqueur |
1 1/2 fl oz | Knob Creek Rye Whiskey |
1/2 fl oz | Cynar artichoke amaro |
1/4 fl oz | Noix de la Saint Jean |
5 drop | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
