Serve in a

Coupe glass

Garnish:

Mandarin peel (twisted) or Orange peel (twisted)

How to make:

Ah... A refreshing and balanced cocktail with Mandarine Napoleon liqueur, what's not to like!
The first step might be the hardest one for the impatient upon us: making the tea and letting it cool down.
- Take 200 ml of boiling water and use two Jacob Hooy Lime blossom teabags and let them in for 10 minutes. Put the tea in the refrigerator afterwards and let it cool down.

The cocktail:
- Pour 30 ml of Mandarine Napoleon Liqueur in a shaker.
- Pour 30 ml of Dutch Cacao in the same shaker
- Pour 30 ml of the Lime Blossom tea in the shaker as well
- Finish off with 10 ml of freshly squeezed lemon juice

Shake well with ice and fine strain over a Coupe glass.

- One good dash of the Scrappy's Bitters Firewater Tincture will do the trick
- Finish with a twisted mandarin or orange peel

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Dutch Cacao white crème de cacao
1/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash (4 drops) Scrappy's Bitters Firewater Tincture
1 fl oz Lime blossom tea (cold)
