How to make:

Muddle fresh cut celery in mixing tin
Add all uncarbonated ingredients and chmshake vigorously. Double strain into your pre-chilled cocktail glass. Top with sparking Coconut water

1 fl oz Mandarine Napoleon liqueur
1 fl oz Plymouth Navy Strength gin
2 slice Celery stick (fresh)
1/2 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Monin Mango Syrup
3 drops Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water)
2 fl oz Sparkling coconut water
