Star anise
How to make:
Chill glass in the freezer
Add all ingredients (except star anise) to a Boston shaker and dry shake
Add ice to shaker and shake again
Remove glass from freezer and coat glass with ricard
Strain shaker into glass
Add star anise and serve
| 1 fl oz | Egg white |
| 3 drops | Orange bitters |
| 1 dried | Star anise |
| 1 fl oz | Ricard Pastis de Marseille |
| 1 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 2 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
