How to make:
Add all ingredients into a cocktail shaker and shack until all ingredients are well combined and chilled. Double strain into a nick and nora glass, garnish and enjoy! Cheers!
| 3/4 fl oz | Mandarine Napoleon liqueur |
| 1 1/2 fl oz | Pierre Ferrand 1840 Original Cognac |
| 1/4 fl oz | Tempus Fugit Crème de Cacao à la Vanille |
| 1/4 fl oz | Monin Pure Cane sugar syrup (65.0°brix, equivalent to 2 sugar to 1 water) |
| 3/4 fl oz | Yuzu juice |
| 2 drops | Saline solution 4:1 (20g sea salt to 80g water) |
