3 coffee beans on top of the Brûléed egg white.
How to make:
Rinse a pre-chilled coupe glass with mezcal. Put all ingredients (except mezcal) including three of the coffee beans into a shaker and dry shake vigorously. Then add ice to the shaker and shake again. Strain into the chilled mezcal rinsed glass. Brûlée the top of the egg foam with a kitchen torch and top with the other 3 coffee beans.
