How to make:

Join all ingredients into a shaker with 6 to 8 ice cubes and shake vigorously during 20 seconds then pour the drink in a previously iced coupe glass

1 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
2 fl oz Avuá Amburana Cachaça (Avua Amburana wood aged)
1/2 fl oz Lime juice (freshly squeezed)
1/2 fl oz Egg white (pasteurised)
