Amalfi punch

How to make:

1. Prepare the Earl Grey tea:
Use 6g of Earl Grey tea with 400ml freshly boiled water.
Infuse the tea for 1 minute only, then strain.
Cool the tea completely in the refrigerator before using.
(Tip: You can reuse the same tea leaves to brew a second, lighter cup of tea to enjoy separately!)
2. Build the cocktail:
Add 45ml Pallini Limoncello and 10ml Amaro Formidabile to a highball glass.
Pour over 120ml chilled Earl Grey tea.
Fill the glass with ice cubes.
Stir gently to mix.
Garnish with half lemon slice, and serve.

1 1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
4 fl oz Earl Grey tea (cold)
1/3 fl oz Amaro liqueur
