1. Peel two strips of a cucumber & carefully place them around the inside of a highball glass. Making spirals around the glass & freeze the glass so the cucmber stays in place. 2. Slice a lemon wheel & peel another strip of cucumber & layer it onto a toothpick.
1. Select the frozen highball glass with cucmber rings and add cubed ice to the top of the glass. Pour the bitters over the ice & stir the bitters & ice for about five stirs. Throw away the ice.
2. Pour the rest of the ingredients apart from the tonic water into a boston shaker. Lightly shake the ingredients until the tin is lightly frosted.
3. Hawthorne strain into the highball glass filled with fresh ice. Top up with tonic water.
4. Garnish with a lemon wheel & cucumber spiral on the edge of the glass.
