
Star anise, (optional) absinthe spritz
1) Select and pre-chill a Coupe glass.
2) SHAKE all ingredients with ice and strain back into shaker.
3) DRY SHAKE (without ice) to emulsify.
4) FINE STRAIN into chilled glass.
6) Garnish with a star anise and an optional spritz of absinthe for aromatics.
1 1/2 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
3/4 fl oz | Absinthe verte |
3/4 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
1 fresh | Egg (white & yolk) |
