Coupe glass

Garnish:

Dehydrated Raspberry

How to make:

I. Select and pre-chill a coupe glass.
II. Prepare garnish - dehydrated raspberry.
III. Shake all ingredients with ice and strain back into the shaker.
IV. Dry shake (without ice).
V. Fine strain into chilled coupe glass.
VI. Put a dehydrated raspberry as a garnish on top of the cocktail.

1/2 fl oz Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1 1/3 fl oz Tanqueray London Dry Gin
1/2 fl oz Monin Almond (Orgeat) Syrup
1/6 fl oz Monin Ginger Syrup
2/3 fl oz Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
5/6 fl oz Aquafaba
