How to make:

Shake all ingredients, except the Chianti red wine with ice

Double strain into a chilled glass

Garnish with a lemon zest, not the one used while shaking

1 1/3 fl oz	Pallini Limoncello liqueur
1/6 fl oz	St-Germain elderflower liqueur
5/6 fl oz	Lemon juice (freshly squeezed)
1 dash	Angostura Aromatic Bitters
1 drop	Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt)
1 slice	Lemon peel
1/3 fl oz	Chianti red wine
1/2 fl oz	Gin Mare
