Lemon zest
Shake all ingredients, except the Chianti red wine with ice
Double strain into a chilled glass
Garnish with a lemon zest, not the one used while shaking
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Pallini Limoncello liqueur |
| 1/6 fl oz | St-Germain elderflower liqueur |
| 5/6 fl oz | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
| 1 dash | Angostura Aromatic Bitters |
| 1 drop | Difford's Saline Solution (or merest pinch of salt) |
| 1 slice | Lemon peel |
| 1/3 fl oz | Chianti red wine |
| 1/2 fl oz | Gin Mare |
