Garnish:

Untrimmed lemon peel

How to make:

1. Add all ingredients to a mixing vessel
2. Stir until diluted by .25
3. Strain into small balloon glass
4. Express lemon peel and drop into drink
5. Serve

5/6 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
2/3 fl oz Dry vermouth
1 fl oz Reposado tequila
2/3 fl oz Chilled water
2 drop Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water)
1/12 fl oz Vegetal Gomme
