Serve in a Snifter/Brandy balloon glass
| 25 ml | Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif |
| 20 ml | Strucchi Dry Vermouth |
| 30 ml | PatrĂ³n Reposado tequila |
| 20 ml | Chilled water |
| 2 drop | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
| 2.5 ml | Vegetal Gomme |
