How to make:
- Add all ingredients to a mixing glass with ice and stir
- Fine strain into a chilled Nick & Nora glass
- Garnish with a grape bee skewer

| 1/3 fl oz | Osmanthus Infused Fino Sherry |
| 1 1/3 fl oz | Perga Cordial |
| 4 drop | Saline solution 10:1 (10g salt to 100ml water) |
