Fresh lavender with stem and dehydrated grapefruit.
This is a built drink, so add 30ml of the the Beesou, 30ml Malfy Rosa Gin, and 10ml of the homemade syrup into the glass. Next fill the glass with ice and lastly add all of the tonic, add more ice as needed, and garnish with the lavender and dehydrated grapefruit. Only add a straw if requested to reduce waste age.

| 1/3 fl oz | Homemade honey, lavender, grapefruit syrup |
| Top up with | Fentimans Valencian orange tonic |
