How to make:

Apricot,thyme,honey cordial:
Cut the apricot (500g)into cubes
Add honey (350g),sugar(25g)And thyme (50g)
Make it sous vide 2h ,straine it after
Add 2% citric acid add 0,5%glycerine

50ml beesou aperitif
35ml cordial
Top soda

1 1/3 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
2 23 Top up with Soda (club soda) water
1 1/6 fl oz Abricot,thym,honey cordial
