Garnish:

Garnish with a shortbread biscuit, pairing beautifully with the oak and honey flavours

How to make:

Add your gin and beesou aperitif to a sturting glass, stir and dilute to increase the feel of the cocktail.
Pour into your chilled glass, add a fresh large ice cube and top with your floral soda (preferably one with elderflower and honey notes, but can be adapted for region) and top with a shortbread biscuit.

1 fl oz Wood bark infused gin
1 fl oz Beesou Bitter Honey Aperitif
1 fl oz Floral soda
