The 2011 release of The Glenlivet's limited edition Cellar Collection. This rare 1959 was drawn from four refill American oak hogsheads. Only 400 bottles were produced.

Όψη:

Clear, deep golden.

Μύτη:

Musty spicy nose, reminiscent of an antique shop with aromas of toffee apple, cream of soda vanilla and linseed oil impregnated cloth.

Στόμα:

If the nose is antique shop then the palate is stately home furnished with plenty of old oak. Gently spiced with nutmeg and clove and wonderfully rounded with a touch of maple syrup and almond nuttiness.

Majestic, gently oaked lightly spiced finish.
