Clear with slight sedimentation in suspension, light amber with head which quickly fades to little more than lacing and circle of foam.
Light, fermenting cereal, white bread dough nose with some cider apple fruit.
Crisp palate but with fat cider/apple pie flavours and a slightly metallic note.
Bitter cider bite to the strangely meaty, gently hoped finish.
