Appearance:
Clear, coppery golden amber with bright golden glints.
Aroma:
Cinnamon dusted biscuits, rose water, red apple/pear, raisons and cherries.
Taste:
Buttered popcorn with mild oak tannins, grilled almond and cinnamon spice balancing vanilla, ripe mango and pear.
Aftertaste:
Leather, popcorn, dried fruit, salted nuts and cinnamon.
