First distilled in October 2012, this Irish gin is distilled using Swedish grain neutral spirit with nine locally grown botanicals: juniper berries, rowan berries, fuschia, bog myrtle, heather, chervil, hawthorn, angelica and coriander.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent, cracked black pepper and piney juniper with celery, freshly cut grass and white pepper. Water releases floral and cut plant stem aromas.

Taste:

Spicy with more cracked black pepper, juniper spice, floral flavours and strong coriander.

Aftertaste:

Peppery finish with lingering coriander.
