Όψη:

(sample bottled 30-Sep-13, best before 30-Jan-14) Store upright and poor carefully as yeast sediment in bottle. Cloudy and virtually opaque, very dark brown almost black with enduring white head and spotted lacing.

Μύτη:

Grapefruit, orange zest and pine forest with barbeque charcoal, coal dust and chocolate fudge.

Στόμα:

Bittersweet. Charcoal, bitter chocolate and zesty citrus.

Επίγευση:

Coal dust and chocolate.
