Introduced in June 2014, Fiorente is the first international brand of Italian elderflower liqueur.
The elderflowers are dried and transported to the Francoli family's carbon-neutral distillery where they are infused in alcohol in grape neutral alcohol. Fresh mint leaves and Sicilian lemon juice are infused separately to extract their aromas then all the distillates are slowly blended together. Finally, sugar is added.
Fiorente is produced by Distillerie Francoli, a family company renowned for the quality of its grappa and liqueurs. The distillery in Ghemme, Piemonte, benefits from an exceptional environment, under the Alps and near lakes Maggiore and Orta. This region has some of the purest air and cleanest waters in Europe. The Francoli distillery was the first ever to be officially certified 'carbon-neutral' with 'zero footprint' by Lifegate, the reference for sustainable development in Italy.

Appearance:
Clear, pale golden with faint green tinge.
Aroma:
Floral honeyed elderflower with faint cut grassy and mint.
Taste:
Again, floral with honeyed sweetness. Not as rich as some other elderflower liqueurs with subtle mint seemingly taming the degree of lychee and honeyed sweetness.
Aftertaste:
Floral elderflower and cut grass light citrus acidity.
