Created by Jan Krak, Master Distiller at GAS Familia Distillery, this Slovakian vodka is made from Durum winter wheat using a seven column distillation process and is hydrated with demineralised water from the Tatra springs. Prior to bottling, Goral Vodka goes through a seven step filtration process

Όψη:

Crystal clear (with slow moving thick tears).

Μύτη:

Clean with minerality and mild black pepper. Very faint notes of icing sugar and caramel.

Στόμα:

Clean with a soft, silky mouthfeel and enlivening clean black pepper prickle. Faintly sweet with very faint pine, charcoal, icing sugar and caramel notes.

Επίγευση:

Faintly candied with lingering black pepper spice.

Συνολική αίσθηση:

A clean vodka made to the classic 'Russian-style' (yes we know its Slovakian) with a creamy mouthfeel and faint sweetness balancing cleansing, enlivening black pepper spice. Very faint notes of pine, charcoal, icing sugar and caramel perhaps due to added sugar/glycerine and this vodka's seven step filtration process.
