Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Pungent. Cinnamon and clove spice, dark demerara sugar, dried fruit, mocha coffee and dark chocolate.

Taste:

Spicy - cinnamon, clove and nutmeg, overripe banana, dried fruit and faint coffee beans and dark chocolate.

Aftertaste:

Honeyed, spicy finish with dried fruit.

Overall:

Rich and spicy - cinnamon, clove and nutmeg with demerara sugar richness, dried fruit, coffee and dark chocolate.
