22.5 ml | Lemon juice (freshly squeezed) |
22.5 ml | Sugar syrup 'simple' (1 sugar to 1 water, 48°Brix) |
1⁄4 cupful | Raspberries |
30 ml | Egg white (pasteurised) or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Aquafaba or Vegan egg white alternative |
15 ml | La Fée Parisienne absinthe |
15 ml | Aromatized wine (e.g. Lillet Blanc) |
22.5 ml | Amaro Nonino Quintessentia |
7.5 ml | Black raspberry liqueur (e.g. Chambord) |
2 leaf | Basil leaves |
