| 30 ml | Aquafaba or 3 dashes Fee Brothers Fee Foam cocktail foamer or Egg white (pasteurised) or Vegan egg white alternative |
| 12 leaf | Rocket/Arugula salad leaves |
| 1 gram | Black pepper |
