As the name suggests Thomas Henry Mystic Mango is made with mango fruit but also uses some Pitanga fruit in its blend. Known as the Surinam cherry or Brazilian cherry Pitanga fruit is native to tropical South America's east coast.
Ingredients
Water, sugar, orange, lemon and passion fruit concentrates, carbonic dioxide, mango pulp concentrate, citric acidifier, natural flavouring, antioxidant ascorbic acid, carob gum stabiliser, carotene colouring. Vegan and naturally gluten-free.

Appearance:
(sample bottle exp. 12/Dec/19) Cloudy, lurid orange.
Aroma:
Papaya, mango and orange – distinctly tropical.
Taste:
Sweet tropical mango fruit, boiled sweets (hard candy) with balancing carbon dioxide bitterness and light citric acidity.
Aftertaste:
Mango flavoured boiled sweets (hard candy).
Overall:
Perhaps more boiled sweets (hard candy) flavoured than of succulent ripe fresh mango but this mango soda has its appeal.
