Appearance:
Crystal clear (with light louche with water).
Aroma:
Pungent piney juniper with lemon, sage and faint naan bread.
Taste:
Intensely flavoured with piney juniper, black pepper spice, subtle clove, ginger and lemon.
Aftertaste:
Long spiced dry pine finish.
Overall:
Generously flavoured, this gin is loaded with concentrated botanicals and as promised by its producers is also on the savoury side.
