Wanted to make a less sweet version so reduced the liqueurs down to 2/3 oz. Still has the coffee and hazelnut flavour, but not the sugar.

Hints of nut and Coffee...very smooth and not at all sweet. I spritzed the finished drink with orange zest and garnished with a piece of orange peel instead of the walnut.

Wonderful night cap or after dinner drink. Perfect falvours to substitute for a heavy dessert.

Made this as the recipe above but served in a martini glass, very sweet but smooth.
