FERT 61
Grapefruit freshness and delicate underlying bitterness point this towards being a brunch cocktail

We lacked the Savoia and made a variation with 10 ml Campari and 20 ml Martini Rossi also used rosé cremant. Delicious! The fruitiness of the cremant played very nicely with the touch of Campari. Will have to compare to the Savoia soon.

Rosé prosecco and 5ml rich syrup worked well here and I'll definitely be making more of these.
