Negroni Amaro Sour
Perhaps more an Amaro Sour than it is a Negroni Sour but this a very tasty bittersweet aperitivo nonetheless

A wonderfully delicious Sour. We go with Amaro Nardini as we think it complements the dryness of the gin and the red bitter much better than Montenegro.
