I'm working on Itlicus cocktails for our Fresh Victor mixers (only in the US), and this is a perfect fit for our Grapefruit & Sea Salt mixer. Totally agree on the breakfast /brunch angle, especially when stirred. I shook one and found myself reaching for some rum to add to it. I liked the addition of a little Ango, too, Morten.

I also added 2 dashes Angostura. And it turned out to be a wonderful Girabaldicus.

Definitely a breakfast drink. The grapefruit seems to tame the bergamot and show the herbal honey qualities beneath. Even better with a few drops of saline solution.
