This was great. I added a few drops of tiki bitters and it was even better.

I added a couple of dashes of chocolate bitters. Which may make it a 'Koko Choco Colada'.

I really liked this drink. First it is simple to make and very flavourful. Went perfectly with a Mexican dinner. We used a Coconut rum instead of a coconut rum liqueur. Kept the sweetness down a bit.
