Nice aperitivo. We couldn’t agree over the gin. Possibly a less juniper forward one would be better.

Is this an Italian cocktail? Only Italian words end in è, eg caffè. If you're thinking of the wine, it's rosé. In French é sounds like ay (in French spelling it's the same as ai, ez, er etc) whilst è is air in père and so on.
