Is this an Italian cocktail? Only Italian words end in è, eg caffè. If you're thinking of the wine, it's rosé. In French é sounds like ay (in French spelling it's the same as ai, ez, er etc) whilst è is air in père and so on.

Whoops! Thanks for bringing this to my attention. Now with a French "é".
