This is nice. Made with Glendalough Double Barrel. Mild sweetness up front which fades into whiskey/spice (bitters)/herbal (benedictine) notes. Little bit of lemon adds a "refreshing" note to round things out. Great option for a smooth evening sipper.

What a great after-dinner or evening cocktail. The herbal from the Benedictine and bitters work perfectly with the smoothness of the Irish Whiskey. A keeper.

Great way to rid of so-so Irish whiskey. Thought this would taste like a Rusty Nail, but not so. The bitters are to blame.
