On the basis of comments hereunder, we were a bit trepidatious (if that's a word) that this might be a bit unbalanced. And so there was the pleasant anticipation of tinkering with a few iterations. All to be thwarted. For us this is exquisitely balanced, so fragilely (again if that's a word) that we had to serve it in a Coupe glass to ward off the sometimes dread and dead hand of dilution. We think it's a 'banger' (an excellent or memorable song...not a sausage).
