Absolutely concur with your review. The ingredients list may raise eyebrows, but the drink when made is really delicious, with the celery still contributing, but just adding a slightly vegetal, savoury earthiness which pairs well with everything. I do wonder if a walnut liqueur version will be even better, though where I am at, I cannot find any.
