If life gives you grapefruits...make a Great Gatsby!

I used pink grapefruit and red Lillet...so it turned out a beautiful deep pink colour.

Perfect when you want something refreshing and not too alcoholic.
Note to self-Next time I try with Lillet Blanc and Gin.
