Pleasant and refreshing but unremarkable. Am I missing something here? Perhaps warm weather?

Under the No Vodka house rule, used Pisco instead. Floral…..very refreshing!

I thought this benefited from .5 oz 66 brix simple syrup, else it was somewhat dead on arrival. With the sugar it was a refreshing treat.

Fraîcheur et subtilité désigneraient parfaitement ce cocktail extraordinaire

Enjoyed this cocktail as posted. Grapefruit forward but the Lillet comes through at the end.

I added a shot of pamplemousse liqueur and a pinch of citric acid to balance and it turned out super refreshing but with a bit more punch

Gin is the better choice

Agree. This was pale with vodka but a treat with gin.

This was a pretty good, and simple, option. Basically tastes like a slightly more interesting Paloma.
