When made with cloudy apple juice (preferable) the appearance is more dirty green pond water than "Congo Blue". The flavour is grassy melon orchard fruit

Our photo is 23 years old so pre-dates digital photography and crucially also cloudy apple juice. This was created and photographed in the days when packaged apple juice was clear and bright green. I've updated notes accordingly. I have to admit to liking the old image as a reminder of simpler times!
